Jeff Jones is a Director at Microsoft Trustworthy Computing. He works with enterprise CSOs and Microsoft's internal security teams to drive security improvements into Microsoft process and products. Among other activities, Jeff contributes research and analysis to the Microsoft Security Intelligence Report.

The information security industry is known for Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt. We are bombarded with depressive statistics and buzzwords on a daily basis and those can overshadow the real progress that's being made.
