The Conference will start on May 22 2003 with a Wireless Security Boot Camp geared for industry professionals. The Boot Camp will comprise of lectures and intense practical sessions covering topics as: 2 Way Paging Networks, Sniffing wireless networks, Wireless Antenna Theory and Design, Wireless Network Auditing, WarDriving etc. More preliminary topics can be seen on DallasCon web site.
On the second day of the conference, there is also a possibility of taking your Wireless Security Expert Certification (WSEC). WSEC is a new certification exam designed to significantly test your specific knowledge of the latest research and data from the wireless security industry.
The other part of the conference will be dedicated to number of academic seminars and presentations given by leading industry experts and authors in the field of Wireless Security. These sessions are geared for the general public and vary in topics from basic wireless security to detailed technical information about potential risks and upcoming threats and trends.
