Universal IPsec VPN client for Android 4.0

NCP engineering released a preview version of its IPsec VPN client to support the remote access needs of Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) platform users.


The NCP Secure Android Client can seamlessly integrate with IPsec gateways from Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, SonicWall and Microsoft Server 2008 R2, among others.

NCP's VPN software supports all technical communications and security standards including Internet Key Exchange (IKE) v1 and 2, IP address assignment via local IP address or IKE config mode, pre-shared key or PKCS#12 certificate support, XAUTH, and split and full tunneling network access.

The preview version of the NCP Secure Android Client can be downloaded and installed from Google Play.
